How to integrate a simple application with a background map and a WMS layer
over it
Connect to the Sitools backoffice at http://portal.ingeoclouds.eu/sitools/client-admin/ using
credentials provided by InGeoCloudS. For instructions on how to acquire an account

In the left panel “Menu”, under “Access
Management/Projects”, click on “Projects”. The main
panel loads and displays the list of projects.

Click on “Create”. A window appears.

“Project Information” tab: this is the global
information tab, fill every text field and customize the “Description HTML” and the
“Maintenance text” as you wish.

“IHM” tab:

Choose the Navigation Mode. Desktop will display resizable windows in the
project whereas Fixed will display plain windows.

Leave CSS field blank and Template as it is.

You can personalize the header of the project window

“Select Modules” tab:

Click on the “All disable” button

Tick the “igcsModule”

Double click in the “Label” cell and enter the label you want
(in the example “Test Map for Wiki”)

Click on the “Module Parameter” icon

The Background name and layers are filled by default. Do not change it.

Fill the “WMS Layer Name” field

Fill the “WMS Layer URL” field with the address of the server
you are requesting

Leave the other options blank

Press “OK” twice.

In the project list, select your new project and click on “Enable”.
A popup appears, informing you that the project has been activated. The status of
the project is now “ACTIVE”.

You are done with the Sitools back office. Go the portal and your project should be
accessible.
